Running requires less gear and one would think less technical expertise than many other sports. It is probably why it is so popular as a form of exercise (well that and the fact that it burns more calories per minute than any other you can do for an hour). Running is very useful for us. Basically running a few minutes every day is healthy. To avoid the negative effects of running, always use the right running shoes and replace shoes regularly. Do not run away in a long distance, but gradually increase. fitnesskoerier.nl
